Joseph Gordon-Levitt has posted a letter on his Tumblr expressing frustration with the way the death of his brother, Dan, who died in 2010, was described in a new GQ profile of him. "I'll be honest, it really made me feel terrible," he writes. The cover story states that Dan Gordon-Levitt "died of an alleged drug overdose in 2010.  'It was an accident' is all Joe will say about that." Says the "Inception" and "Dark Knight Rises" star: "Using the word 'alleged' technically allows the writer to say whatever she wants.  The 'allegations' to which she must be referring were made by a handful of gossip Web sites.  They are factually incorrect according to the coroner's office and the police department." Rush Limbaugh contends it's no coincidence that the name of the villain of "The Dark Knight Rises, " Bane, sounds a lot like Mitt Romney's old investment firm Bain Capital. "This movie, the audience is going to be huge, lot of people are going to see the movie," Limbaugh said on his Tuesday radio show. "And it's a lot of brain-dead people, entertainment, the pop-culture crowd. And they're going to hear 'Bane' in the movie, and they are going to associate Bain. And the thought is that when they start paying attention to the campaign later in the year, and Obama and the Democrats keep talking about Bain, not Bain Capital, but Bain, Romney and Bain, that these people will think back to the Batman movie —'Oh yeah, I know who that is.'" I tweeted something similar last week as a joke — a joke — because who would honestly believe this? (Washington Post)
